About Mr Hindsman
In 1941 Mr. Hindsman started with the Atlanta, GA
Western Union Office, located at 56 Marietta St. and retired from the
Western Union office located on Washington St. in East Point GA in
1984. He was over General Service and Maintenance
of various Western Union Machinery including Clocks. You can Guess
that he had quite a bit of experience with the Self-Winding Clock and
had acquired a love for working with them. He worked on many
varieties of other type clocks as well over the years. Mr. Hindsman
Worked as a clock repairman for Champ's Clock Shop from 1986 till
1992. One of the Finest repairmen and Finest People you would ever
meet. Mr. Hindsman Continued to do clock repair privately until he
passed away December 31st 2010 at age 88 following a sudden illness. |
